Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Because our products and programs include digital content, immediate access, and intellectual property, no refunds are issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, failure to participate, lack of results, or financial hardship.
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collections action.

All content included within the Services—including but not limited to videos, trainings, worksheets, frameworks, text, graphics, branding, and tools—is the exclusive property of Kerry Heiple Inc. / Memory Maker Collective and is protected by copyright. You agree not to share, redistribute, republish, resell, duplicate, or teach the materials as your own or use proprietary frameworks to create competing programs. Violation may result in legal action.

Personal Use License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Nothing in your purchase provides ownership rights or permission to disseminate content.

Confidentiality
If the Services include community, coaching, group calls, or private communication, you agree to maintain confidentiality of the identities and stories of other participants. Respect and professionalism are expected at all times.

Technology & Access Issues
We make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You are responsible for a stable internet connection, required software, and device compatibility. Temporary outages do not constitute grounds for refund.

Cancellation & Termination
We reserve the right to remove you from a program without refund if behavior is disruptive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful to the community or Company.

Affiliate Earnings (If Applicable)
If the Services include affiliate opportunities, earnings are not guaranteed. All promotional activities must comply with the Company’s brand guidelines. Commissions are only paid when terms are met and the affiliate is in good standing. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate status for misconduct.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages or losses of any kind, including lost income, business disruption, or health-related consequences. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
